Swiss Food Science Meeting
The Swiss Food Science Meeting (SFSM) is a platform for scientific exchange on food analysis and the analysis of food contact materials and cosmetics. Scientists such as chemists, toxicologists, and food engineers working in industry, food laboratories, universities, government agencies, or food control authorities are invited to participate in the SFSM and present their latest findings. For each conference, the organizing committee invites renowned international scientists to give keynote lectures. The plenary sessions are accompanied by a poster session.
The SFSM is organized by a committee comprising members of the Swiss Society for Food Chemistry (SFC) and the Association of Swiss Cantonal Chemists (VKCS). The first SFSM took place in 2013. The venue for the meeting is the University of Neuchâtel (Aula des jeunes Rives), a picturesque location on Lake Neuchâtel, situated on the German-French language border.
Don't hesitate to attend the next SFSM to find out what's happening in the broad field of food science and take the opportunity to meet colleagues.
