Swiss Food Science Meeting 2025
Management of emerging food risk
The Swiss Food Science Meeting 2025 centered on the theme “Management of Emerging Food Risks”, bringing together scientists, regulators, and industry experts to address current and future challenges in food safety. Key topics included advances in analytical methods, toxicology, risk assessment strategies, and the evolving regulatory landscape. The program featured expert talks, poster sessions, and networking opportunities aimed at fostering collaboration across disciplines. By promoting dialogue between research and practice, the event contributed to strengthening evidence-based decision-making in food risk management.
The next edition of the conference is expected to take place in approximately two years.
