SFSM 2025 offers an exciting scientific programme combining food chemistry, modern analytics, toxicology and safety assessment, and regulatory aspects. In addition to invited keynote talks, we offer participants the opportunity to contribute to the programme through oral and poster presentations. Contributed presentations may be related to the theme of the meeting, but we also welcome contributions on the broader topic of food science, food chemistry and food analysis.
In parallel to absorbing the latest thematic updates, there will be plenty of opportunities to broaden your professional network by making new connections and meeting colleagues and friends from the food chemistry community. You will not want to miss the opportunity to join the legendary beer bar by the lake for an inspiring chat with colleagues. We invite you to join us and look forward to your contributions to the high quality scientific programme!
