SFC Young Scientist Awards 2022

The winner is Robyn Megan Sutter.

At the AGM, the SFC Young Scientist Awards 2022 were presented to Robyn Megan Sutter for her Master's thesis "Rheological, melting and lubrication properties of plant-based cheeses made from pea and zein".

The first part of the work involved developing different recipes for vegan cheese, which were examined in the second part for their rheological, intrinsic and sensory properties.
